Having worked exclusively in the Life Sciences recruitment sector since 2015, Dal launched AssureBio in 2021 to create a staffing company exclusively focused on delivering relationship-led recruitment services for Quality Assurance/QP Professionals.
During Dal’s eight-year career, he has managed a million-pound contract recruitment division and, more importantly, is recognised as an expert when it comes to hiring Quality Assurance Professionals in the UK Pharma/Biotech industry. Dal has used his breadth of industry knowledge to build the AssureBio client base from the ground up, earning the company a five-star reputation among industry professionals.
On a more personal note, Dal is originally from Wolverhampton and, of course, supports his hometown Wolverhampton Wanderers. Dal loves to travel, having previously lived in Australia and visited most of the world, but now resides in Hertfordshire with his wife and loveable dog Diego.
