QA Specialist

As a QA Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of quality assurance, guiding a team through all aspects of Good Manufacturing and Distribution practices. You’ll be essential in ensuring that our clients products uphold stringent quality benchmarks and that their operations align with the latest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and Inspire: Provide leadership and support across all quality-related activities, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Drive Quality Improvements: Take charge of our Quality Management System, overseeing site deviations, change controls, risk assessments, and CAPAs.
• Manage Relationships: Act as a key contact between our organization, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and quality alignment.
• Oversee Audits and Inspections: Lead internal and external audits and manage authority inspections, reinforcing our commitment to quality.
• Support Training and Safety: Implement site training programs, adhere to health and safety protocols, and uphold our company’s core values.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 5-10 years in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ISO standards, including experience with Human Medicines and Medical Device Regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with a commitment to leading by example.
• Educational Background: A degree in pharmaceutical science or a related field is preferred.
• Project and Relationship Management: Ability to manage projects and external partnerships, ensuring all quality objectives are met.
